Speaking

I speak on topics at the intersection of women’s health, metabolic medicine, and healthcare systems reform. While these subjects may seem distinct, they’re deeply interconnected – and addressing one means addressing the others.
My approach combines clinical expertise with storytelling. I use patient narratives and lived experience to make complex biology accessible, then connect individual health to the systems that shape it.
I can deliver data-driven presentations for medical audiences, but my strength is translating research into frameworks that help diverse audiences see problems from new perspectives – whether that’s benefits leaders rethinking wellness strategy, executives understanding workforce health, or women navigating their own transitions.
My talks challenge assumptions, reframe familiar problems, and leave audiences with both insight and action.

Health ≠ Morality
Why shame-based health narratives cost talent, performance, and trust.
Examining how moral framing of health, especially around weight and aging, creates cultures of silence, burnout, and disengagement – and what to do instead. This talk unpacks the hidden costs of treating health as a character test, explores the biology of shame and stress, and offers a framework for redesigning organizational culture around metabolic resilience rather than moral judgment.
Ideal for: Leadership teams, HR executives, DEI initiatives
Rewriting the Rules of Midlife Health
How women aren’t failing – the systems that support them are.
Midlife women are your most experienced, highest-value talent. They’re also leaving at record rates. This talk examines what’s broken in our healthcare, workplace, and cultural systems – and how to redesign them. From medical protocols designed for men to benefits that ignore hormonal transitions to workplace cultures that penalize recovery – this keynote connects the dots between biology, burnout, and organizational design.
